The menu diversifies with each lunar cycle (13 lunar cycles per year). Working in this way allows us to showcase the freshest flavours, leading to a truly exclusive holistic cocktail experience.
We strive to create as many of the elements on our menu as possible here at Galway City Distillery, using ingredients grown and made in Galway or in the rest of Ireland. We are committed to using suppliers who share our ethos of locality and sustainability who we can work in partnership with to deliver the best possible experience to you.
